  I haven't known that commenting is turned off for the "Announcements" category. Now I've turned it on. (I've always wondered why @Mells opens a new discussion when we release a new version )

  I was hoping nobody noticed
  
  It's true that I opened those threads because the comments were closed, but now I believe that it's better to keep the noise of discussions separated from the announcements.
  
  There are some things that I believe would improve the announcements :

  1. Display release notes inside the announcement discussion
  2. Provide test files

  In my mind, an announcement would be more efficient if it looked somewhat like this :
  You can even save a little bit of time if you don't format the buttons

  Now that I'm here, in order to improve the forums ( @ar2rsawseen maybe?) I believe that there are too much stickies on the forum's homepage (too much noise, no visual distinction between stickies and regular discussions) and by default pushing the "Starting a New discussion" should create a new discussion and not a new question.
  
  This would remove the noise from the "Answer"/"Answered" labels, it became hard to find the discussions that need an answer

  @Mells and @moopf completely agree. And although @atilim said I could unstick anything I want, still have kind of feeling that Gideros team should decide what's more important to stick and for how long.

  And I think only @gorkem can make (if he can at all) the discussion by default with option to select a question (not a question by default like it is right now)
