Google Licensing issue on latest Android tools?

I updated to the latest Android tools and now I'm getting this when trying to generate signed code:

Unable to execute dex: Multiple dex files define Lcom/android/vending/licensing/ILicensingService;

I removed the licencing plugin and all worked fine.
(I also have the HeyZap and Play Services plugins installed)

Updated all android related stuff and updated Google License Plugin to use latest library version. Seems to be working for me, can you check again on your end?

Same problem.

I might completely remove eclipse and start again. What do you think?

Does starting new project from scratch help?
As far as I understood there may be lots of cases for this problem:

New project from scratch didn't help (tried twice). I think complete re-install of eclipse should do it, then re-export of the app, etc (I hope).

@SinisterSoft I don't know if you tried this: create new Workspace in new location. It always helps me in such case

Complete re-install did it. Don't know what happened.
